The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released the OFSS Bihar 3rd Merit List 2025 for admission into Class 11 (Session 2025–27) across all government and private higher secondary schools/colleges of Bihar.
Students who applied through the Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) for Bihar Inter Admission 2025 can now check and download their 3rd Merit List & Cut-Off PDF from the official website – www.ofssbihar.org.
Earlier, the 1st Merit List (04 June 2025) and 2nd Merit List (16 July 2025) were published, and now the 3rd Selection List has been issued.

OFSS Bihar Admission 2025 – Eligibility
- Students must have passed 10th/Matric from BSEB, CBSE, ICSE, or any recognized state board in India.
- Admission is open for all streams (Arts, Science, Commerce & Vocational) in Bihar Intermediate Colleges/Schools.
OFSS Bihar 11th Admission 2025 – Selection Process
The OFSS Merit List 2025 is prepared based on:
- Total seats available in each school/college.
- Options filled by students in the CAF (Common Application Form).
- Marks obtained in Class 10 (Matriculation).
- State government’s reservation policy.
- Priority is given to students continuing in their own school (if it also offers Class 11).
